MAKING A PURCHASE

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogs, and click on any items that you GOTTA HAVE and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

BATTERY/CORE CHARGE

Due to shipping regulations, batteries are shipped dry.  (No acid)

Core charge may be applied to engine assemblies, crankshafts, cylinders.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

No returns on Electrical Parts, Decals, Marks, or Emblems.

All other returns subject to a 25% restock fee.

All returns must be in original packaging.

All returns must have a return authorization #.

Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. We will contact you if a shipment cost has changed.

ORDER/CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be sure you want something before you order it! In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your order with us or change an item after your order has been placed, please be aware that in some situations an item has to be ordered from our distributors. Once your item has processed and shipped to us from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it!! Cancellation of an item or order at this point will be subject to the above return policy. Post-order size changes will be subject to the appropriate exchange fee. 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within the time frame specified for each item as you place item in your cart. For Will Call orders, you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

COMPANYNAME will accept and ship international orders. However, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reached your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any and all orders abandoned or refused delivery forfeit refund. 

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be notified via Email in 1-2 days if your item is back orded. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

PRICE CHANGES

Prices subject to change due to interchanged part numbers in the event that this happens we will contact you prior to shipping. Oversized boxes will cost more to ship. Prices subject to change without notice, in the event of a price increase we will contact you prior to placing your order.

TAX CHARGES

For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state orders. All other orders are tax free.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO FREIGHT ORDERS

Please be sure to inspect the shipment for damage prior to signing for it. If there is noticeable damage to the box, please inspect the part for damage as well.

In the event that your part(s) is/are damaged, it is important that you refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. By signing for the shipment, you are agreeing that it was delivered in good condition, therefore no damage claim can be filed with the carrier.

Once the shipment is signed for, you are liable for any damage to the parts, so please be sure that your shipment has arrived in good condition prior to signing for it.  If your delivery is being shipped to a commercial address, please be sure that any employee that could sign for it knows this information as well and either contacts you when the shipment comes in, or inspects it for damage before signing any paperwork.

**LIFT GATE NOTE** In the event that you should require a lift gate, the customer is responsible for the charges. These charges start at $90.00 USD from FedEx and you will get a bill in the mail from FedEx, after using this option.

 

Top Edge LLC Terms of Service for in shop repairs and service

Thank you for choosing Top Edge LLC for your automotive repair needs. Please review our Terms of Service, which apply to all services provided by our shop. By accepting our estimate or invoice, you agree to these terms.

  1. Estimates and Authorization:

    • Estimate Accuracy: Estimates provided are based on current labor rates and parts prices. Prices may vary depending on unforeseen issues that may arise during repair. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.
    • Authorization Required: Work will not commence until you provide explicit authorization. Authorization can be given verbally, in writing, or electronically. By authorizing the repair, you consent to our terms and charges.
  2. Payment Terms:

    • Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the repair, unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing.
    • Late Fees: A late fee of $25 will be applied to any overdue balances if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.
    • Interest on Overdue Balances: An annual percentage rate (APR) of 21% will be applied to any unpaid balance after the due date, calculated daily. The daily periodic rate is approximately 0.0575%, and interest will accrue on the outstanding balance each day.
  3. Vehicle Pickup:

    • Timely Pickup: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 days of completion. After 3 days, a storage fee of $50 per day will apply. Top Edge LLC is not liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle during the storage period.
  4. Warranty:

    • Mechanical Repairs: All mechanical repairs performed by Top Edge LLC come with a 24-month or 24,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. This warranty covers both parts and labor directly related to the repair performed by us.
    • Aftermarket Accessories: For aftermarket accessories such as car stereos or other electronics, the warranty provided is based on the manufacturer's warranty. The duration and terms of this warranty will vary depending on the manufacturer. Top Edge LLC will assist in facilitating any warranty claims with the manufacturer but is not responsible for warranty coverage beyond the manufacturer's terms.
    • Performance Parts, Modified Custom Cars, and High Horsepower Engines:
      • Parts Warranty: Installations of performance parts, modified custom cars, and high horsepower engines come with a manufacturer's warranty on parts only.
      • Workmanship Warranty: Top Edge LLC provides a warranty on our workmanship for these installations for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
      • Exclusions: If a part fails, the part will only be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. No labor costs for the repair or replacement of parts will be covered by Top Edge LLC. The customer will be responsible for any labor charges associated with the replacement of failed parts.
    • Exclusions for All Warranties: Our warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect. Warranty claims require presentation of the original invoice and, for aftermarket parts, may require proof of purchase from the manufacturer.
  5. Liability:

    • Limitation of Liability: Top Edge LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your vehicle or personal belongings while the vehicle is in our possession. Our liability is limited to the repair services provided as outlined in our estimate and invoice.
  6. Dispute Resolution:

    • Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Colorado state law.
  7. Privacy and Data Collection:

    • Data Use: We may collect and use personal data as necessary to provide our services, process payments, and communicate with you. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
  8. Modifications:

    • Terms Changes: Top Edge LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or as otherwise communicated.
